PAB TRANSFER PROCEDURES

Step 1: Upon receiving the full payment, TWD Bicycle will need to initiate a transfer of the PAB to the buyer

Requirements:

Be at least 16 years old (if you are an individual) or copy of ACRA for Corporate/Association Buyer
Furnish the particulars (e.g. name, identification number, address) Date of Birth (if you are an individual)
Scanned image of original identification (NRIC) documents for Singaporeans/PR, or FIN holders who turn 16 years old in the year of PAB registration
Valid Email address
Valid Mobile / Handphone number (if you are an individual) or OneKey for One Time Password authentication

Step 2: The BUYER will need to confirm the transfer of the PAB

To receive transfer notification from LTA including the PAB Registration Number
Log in to One Motoring Portal using SingPass/CorpPass/EASY
Valid Credit / Debit Card (VISA / MasterCard only) or Internet Banking Account with Citibank, DBS/POSB, OCBC/Plus!, Standard Chartered Bank or UOB (eNETS Debit) with adequate balance for deduction of the S$11 transfer fee for each PAB transferred.

Note: PAB owner-to-be will need the following to confirm the transfer request within 5 calendar days.

FOR MOBILE PAB TRANSFER PROCEDURES (Beta)

Step 1: After receiving the transfer notification from LTA, follow the link sent by LTA. it will brings to the One Motoring Page (Beta)

Step 2: Click on the search button and type in PAB on the search column

Step 3: Scroll down and click on the link of "Confirm Power-Assisted Bicycle Transfer (Requires Login)

Step 4. Input your Singpass (Corpass) and Password

Step 5: Scroll down on the warning page and click on the "Proceed" button

Step 6: Choose from the scroll down selection the PAB number and follow the next instruction. LTA charges $11 to complete the transfer.
