PAB Battery Safety Tips



Having good battery habit is good way to ensure your safety and comfort in long way. Here are battery safety tips to remember and to practice:


  1. Do not leave charging battery unattended for extended period of time

  2. Do not charge near combustible materials

  3. Do not charge immediately after use. Let the battery to cool down before charging.

  4. Charge at dry and ventilated place with temperature between 5º C to 30º C

  5. Do not use non original charger or charger without safety mark

  6. Do not tamper or modify or attempting to repair your battery

  7. Do not subject battery to high impact or drop

  8. Do not expose battery for long periods of time to rain or strong sunlight or high heat

  9. Do not charge or use when battery is found overheating

  10. Regularly examine for damage, deformities like bloating, corrosion or powdery residue

  11. All rechargeable batteries have a finite lifespan and will slowly deteriorates due to secondary chemical reactions overtime and usage. Consider to replace battery with original part and recycle the old battery at designated places, such as:
