Being relatively new to cycling regularly for exercise, I only got to learn and experience the beauty of Singapore’ Park Connector Network (PCN) this year.
Recently, I cycled to Ulu Sembawang Park Connector (PC), and the fresh scent of greenery was delightful! It did not feel particularly humid as the greenery is not very dense. This PC is also only 1.3km, linking the Woodlands (SLE) Park Connector to the Mandai Park Connector. These are part of the Northern Explorer Loop in Singapore.
If you’re coming from Woodlands, there is a slight climb, easily conquered with aid from SMART’s powerful motor.
On this particular day that I cycled to Ulu Sembawang, I was greeted by a baby boar. It was fascinating to me and it was so cute to look at.
I’m looking forward to visiting this place again to hopefully catch the sunrise/ sunset! It surely will be so dreamy and beautiful.
